Beta Bionics prices $150 million equity and warrant offering
Beta Bionics ($BBNX) priced a public offering expected to raise approximately $150 million before fees and expenses. The financing includes 7,652,175 common shares at $17.25 each and pre-funded warrants covering another 1,043,484 shares. Underwriters have an option to purchase up to 1,304,348 additional common shares. The company intends to use the proceeds for development and commercialization activities, including its Mint program, manufacturing, research and development, and working capital.
