Eaton agrees to acquire COL Group for €810 million
Eaton ($ETN) signed an agreement to acquire COL Group from Oaktree’s Power Opportunities business at an enterprise value of €810 million. The Italian manufacturer supplies medium-voltage switchgear, grid-automation systems and modular power solutions, including equipment designed without sulfur hexafluoride.
