Hawkins completes Eagle Labs asset purchase to expand Texas water-treatment operations
Hawkins ($HWKN) completed the acquisition of Eagle Labs’ assets, adding a water-treatment distributor with manufacturing capabilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. The transaction brings two additional locations into its Texas network, taking the number of Water Treatment facilities in the state to seven.
