Toyota investment plan would establish electrified-vehicle production in Argentina
Toyota ($TYT) plans to invest $1.34 billion in an Argentine production plant for an electrified vehicle, according to the country’s economy minister, Luis Caputo. Reuters reported the announcement, which included government expectations for approximately $1.28 billion in annual exports and more than 2,600 direct and indirect operating jobs.
