Accor raises its profit floor after stronger luxury hotel trading
Accor ($AC) raised the lower end of its full-year 2026 recurring EBITDA outlook to €1.270 billion from €1.260 billion, leaving the upper end at €1.285 billion. Third-quarter 2026 revenue increased 9.8% as reported and 7.7% at constant currencies to €1.50 billion. Revenue per available room rose 4.9%, with Luxury and Lifestyle gaining 8.3% compared with 3.2% in Premium, Midscale and Economy.
The hotel group opened 63 properties containing almost 9,000 rooms during the quarter, taking annual net unit growth to 3.0%. It now expects full-year network growth of 3.0–3.5%, compared with about 3.5% previously. The improved profit outlook therefore accompanies a more cautious expansion assumption. Management expects annual revenue-per-room growth near the top of its 2.0–2.5% range, assuming no deterioration in United Arab Emirates trading during the final quarter.
