Archer clears an antitrust waiting-period milestone for Boeing asset acquisitions
Archer Aviation ($ACHR) disclosed that the US Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period had expired for its proposed acquisitions of Wisk, SkyGrid and Insitu from Boeing ($BA). The milestone removes that waiting-period requirement from the process.
