AGCO secures compact-tractor supply partnership for Europe and Middle East

AGCO ($AGCO) said its Massey Ferguson brand agreed a strategic supply partnership with International Tractors Limited to introduce a value-oriented range of compact tractors starting at 20 horsepower. A phased rollout across Europe and the Middle East is planned during 2027. The tractors will be built to Massey Ferguson specifications using its partner’s manufacturing capabilities.

The arrangement expands the brand’s offering for customers including smaller farmers, private landowners, municipalities and grounds-maintenance operators. It provides a route into additional price and size categories through an external manufacturing relationship rather than a disclosed AGCO factory investment. However, the companies did not publish purchase volumes, pricing, exclusivity or financial commitments. The planned range has been introduced to dealers and customers, but the regional commercial rollout remains ahead, and no incremental sales or margin contribution has been quantified.
