Ashford Hospitality gains $17 million fee waiver and adviser share-purchase commitment
Ashford Hospitality Trust ($AHT)’s adviser, Ashford Inc., irrevocably waived approximately $17 million of advisory fees for November 2026 through April 2027, equivalent to around $2.60 per share. The adviser also committed to quarterly open-market purchases equal to 2.5% of the trust’s outstanding shares, beginning with approximately 162,000 shares.
