Allegion lifts outlook as Americas security-products demand expands

Allegion ($ALLE) reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.17 billion, up 9.6%, including 7.2% organic growth. Adjusted earnings increased 13% to $2.60 per share, while GAAP earnings were $2.59. Strength in Americas non-residential demand drove the improvement, with adjusted operating margin increasing to 24.7% from 24.1%.

The security-products group raised its 2026 adjusted earnings target to $9.05–$9.10 per share and expects reported sales growth of 9.5%–10.5%, including organic growth of 5%–6%. International organic sales declined 0.2%, showing that momentum was uneven geographically. GAAP annual earnings guidance of $8.35–$8.40 includes an estimated $0.18 tariff-refund benefit, while adjusted guidance excludes that benefit. The higher outlook therefore reflects operating progress alongside a separate accounting contribution to reported profit.
