Ampeak appoints a second director nominated by its 29.6% shareholder
Ampeak Energy appointed Peter Parry as a non-executive director on 7 September 2026, effective immediately. Shareholder nomination Parry was nominated by SIMEC UK Energy Holding, which owns 29.6% of Ampeak, under the existing relationship agreement.
