AppFolio names Column its featured banking partner

AppFolio ($APPF) named Column its featured banking partner, an exclusive designation tied to new financial capabilities within the AppFolio Performance Platform. The integration is intended to connect property-management accounting and workflow data with Column’s banking ledger, payment systems and regulated accounts. The planned capabilities will be available through Column rather than through every bank connected to AppFolio.

The companies aim to reduce manual reconciliation and improve visibility over funds, owner payments and financial reporting. Full product details are due at AppFolio’s upcoming customer conference. The release did not disclose financial terms or a revenue forecast. Column’s reported annual transaction volume of more than $4.5 trillion describes its wider banking business, not transaction volume newly committed to AppFolio through this partnership.
