Aperture agrees $150 million combination with Atlantic HPC
Aperture ($APUR) AC signed a definitive agreement to combine with Atlantic HPC, valuing the private infrastructure company at $150 million before new capital. Consideration consists of 15 million shares valued at $10 each, with up to six million additional shares contingent on operating and share-price milestones.
