Arbe prices $15 million share and pre-funded-warrant offering

Arbe Robotics ($ARBE) priced an underwritten registered offering expected to raise approximately $15 million before fees and expenses. The transaction comprises 833,334 ordinary shares at $0.60 each and pre-funded warrants for 24,166,666 shares at $0.5999 each, with a further $0.0001 payable upon exercise. Closing is expected on September 28, subject to customary conditions.

The company plans to use the proceeds for working capital, commercialization of its radar technology and other corporate purposes, including opportunities in defense and counter-drone applications. The structure represents approximately 25 million share equivalents and can dilute existing holders. It funds execution of the company’s strategy; the financing announcement does not itself establish a new customer order or confirm future product revenue.
