Arecor conditionally raises £5 million to extend insulin-development funding
Arecor Therapeutics ($AREC-LSE) has conditionally placed approximately 7.35 million new shares at 68 pence each, raising about £5 million before expenses. The financing follows an accelerated bookbuild and is separate from a planned retail offer.
