Asiamet satisfies the conditions for its KSK disposal; completion is still to follow

Asiamet announced on 7 September 2026 that all conditions precedent for the proposed sale of Indokal Limited to Norin Mining have been satisfied or waived.

Transaction status

Indokal is Asiamet's wholly owned subsidiary holding the 100% interest in the KSK project. The parties are now carrying out the steps required to complete the sale, with completion expected shortly.

The company promises a further announcement once that happens.

Why the distinction matters

Clearing the conditions is a substantive step toward disposal. Today's announcement nevertheless stops short of confirming legal completion or receipt of the sale proceeds.

It does not change the consideration terms or announce a distribution to shareholders. The relevant follow-up is confirmation that the transaction has closed, the resulting cash position and management's plan for the remaining business.

Investors should assess those completed outcomes before treating expected disposal proceeds as funds already available for investment or return to shareholders.
