Strive reaches 25,000 bitcoin after a $36.6 million purchase

Strive ($ASST) purchased 469 bitcoin for approximately $36.6 million, taking its reported treasury to 25,000 BTC. The acquisition price averaged just under $78,000 per coin. Management said the capital raised during the reporting week came entirely through sales of its SATA perpetual preferred stock, rather than common-share issuance.

SATA’s outstanding notional value has passed $1 billion. Strive reported an amplification ratio of 53.5%, defined as preferred equity and debt relative to bitcoin net asset value. That measure highlights the financing obligations supporting the treasury, not an investment return. The new holdings increase exposure to bitcoin price movements; they do not establish realized profits. Management’s ambition to climb the corporate-holder rankings remains an aspiration rather than a confirmed acquisition schedule.
