American Vanguard agrees to add four US crop-protection brands
American Vanguard ($AVD)’s AMVAC subsidiary signed agreements to acquire US rights to four Syngenta crop-protection brands: Caparol, Evik, Prime+ and Agri-Flex. The package includes applicable US end-use product registrations and trademarks, covering herbicides, an insecticide and a plant-growth regulator used across several crop markets.
