Accsys forecasts adjusted EBITDA below market expectations

Accsys ($AXS-LSE) expects fiscal 2027 adjusted EBITDA of €21–23 million, below its company-compiled analyst consensus of €28.8 million. Revenue in the first five months fell 6% to €56.9 million, while group sales volumes declined 11% to 22,186 cubic metres. Customer destocking, particularly in North America, weighed on the start of the year.

Management reported signs of stabilization and improving trading, and expects a stronger second half. The forecast still represents an increase on the previous year, despite falling short of market expectations. Accsys separately expects underlying EBITDA excluding its joint venture to remain broadly in line with expectations. That is a different earnings measure and should not be confused with the lower group adjusted EBITDA range.
