B90 revenue rises 38% while adjusted earnings remain broadly flat

B90 Holdings ($B90) reported first-half revenue of €3.325 million, an increase of 38%. Adjusted EBITDA was approximately €0.31 million, compared with €0.30 million a year earlier, showing that the strong sales increase did not produce a similar rise in that earnings measure. The reported net loss narrowed to about €0.02 million.

Operating cash inflow improved to €0.50 million from €0.04 million, and period-end cash reached €1.47 million, versus €0.97 million at the previous year end. Investment in people, AI capabilities and digital marketing supported expansion but also absorbed part of the revenue growth. Management maintained its full-year expectations. New-market pilots remain development opportunities rather than guaranteed future revenue or profit contributions.
