BARK shareholder tests interest in possible $11-per-share tender offer
GNK Holdings, a BARK ($BARK) shareholder, is seeking nonbinding indications of interest in a possible cash tender offer at $11 per share. It has asked interested shareholders to respond by October 9. The outreach concerns a potential investor-led transaction, rather than a tender offer already launched by BARK itself.
No binding purchase agreement or obligation to acquire shares has been established. The proposed price therefore is not an approved takeover payment or a company commitment to repurchase stock. GNK framed the initiative around its concerns about the business, which remain the shareholder’s views. Any actual offer would require formal terms and appropriate documentation before investors could assess the conditions and likelihood of completion.
