Bending Spoons agrees to buy Miro in a $1.36 billion enterprise-value deal
Bending Spoons ($BSP) signed an agreement to acquire collaboration-software company Miro in an all-cash transaction with an enterprise value of $1.355 billion. The stated equity value is higher, at $1.79 billion, because it includes Miro’s net cash. Certain sellers plan to reinvest $295 million of their proceeds into Bending Spoons equity, retaining exposure to the enlarged software group.
Miro brings approximately $600 million in annual recurring revenue, with business and enterprise customers accounting for about 90% of that total. Its platform serves roughly 250,000 organizations and four million paying users. Both boards approved the transaction, but regulatory approvals and other closing conditions remain outstanding. The announcement therefore establishes agreed acquisition terms, not a completed transfer of ownership or an immediate addition to reported revenue.
