Barratt Redrow lowers homebuilding outlook as planning delays persist
Barratt Redrow ($BTRW) reduced its expected financial-year 2027 completions to 17,500–17,900 homes from 17,700–18,200. Planning delays have constrained the number of available sales outlets, with the group now expecting an average of about 405 rather than 415.
