BATM wins a further $1m Carrier Ethernet order from its US broadband customer
BATM announced a $1m Carrier Ethernet order on 7 September 2026 from an existing US broadband customer.
Order context
The customer serves more than 1.1 million customers across 24 states, according to BATM. It remains unnamed in the release.
This is a second order following a $0.5m order announced on 25 June, which has largely been delivered. Together, the disclosed orders total $1.5m; only the latest $1m is newly announced today.
Delivery of the new order is expected within the current financial year.
Commercial significance
A repeat order gives evidence of continued adoption by an established customer. BATM attributes the win to meeting the customer's technical requirements and delivery needs.
The announcement does not disclose product margins, payment terms or a new group revenue forecast. Order value should therefore be distinguished from profit and from cash already collected.
The next checkpoints are delivery, recognised revenue and further repeat business. The customer's installed reach describes potential exposure, rather than a commitment to purchase equipment for every subscriber.
