Capgemini raises its revenue-growth forecast after stronger third-quarter sales

Capgemini ($CAP) raised its 2026 revenue-growth target to 9.0–9.5% at constant exchange rates, from 8.5–9.0%, after third-quarter revenue reached €6.073 billion. Sales increased 12.6% as reported and 11.7% at constant currencies. Bookings rose 3.4% at constant currencies to €5.401 billion, with demand for technology modernization supporting clients’ broader adoption of artificial intelligence.

Acquisitions, including WNS and Cloud4C, contributed materially to growth, so the headline increase should not be read as wholly organic. Management retained its 2026 operating-margin target of 13.6–13.8% and organic free-cash-flow objective of €1.8–1.9 billion. It expects fourth-quarter constant-currency growth of 3–4% against a higher comparison base. North America and the United Kingdom remained strong, while France continued to recover.
