CBRE expands earnings as infrastructure services accelerate
CBRE ($CBRE) reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $11.52 billion, an increase of approximately 13%, with GAAP earnings rising 26% to $1.52 per share. Core earnings, the company’s adjusted measure, increased 28% to $2.05 per share. Core EBITDA grew almost 29% to approximately $1.0 billion, with double-digit growth in both its resilient and transaction-linked businesses.
Infrastructure services revenue reached $4.5 billion over the preceding twelve months, up 50%, highlighting a faster-growing activity within the commercial property services group. Quarterly operating cash flow was $869 million, compared with $827 million a year earlier. The figures indicate that growth extended beyond property transactions, although infrastructure revenue is a trailing-year measure and should not be mistaken for a single-quarter contribution. Core earnings also exclude items included in GAAP profit.
