Cerillion cuts revenue expectations after customers delay software orders
Cerillion ($CER) expects annual revenue of £46–48 million, below the £52.8 million analyst consensus, after customers deferred license expansions and upgrades. The range would still exceed the previous year’s £45.4 million revenue, but the timing changes mean substantially less growth than the market had anticipated. Management now expects an adjusted EBITDA margin of 43–45%.
That margin range compares with a 45.2% consensus estimate and 50.9% in the previous year. Cerillion said its pipeline and backlog remain strong, with major implementation work progressing, including Ucom and Omantel. The statement concerns delayed conversion of opportunities into revenue, not a claim that all affected contracts have been canceled. Full-year results will provide the final outcome after the financial year ends.
