CleanSpark reports Texas grid milestone and data-center construction progress

CleanSpark ($CLSK) reported conditional grid classifications for two Texas sites, covering 585 MW of contracted capacity as baseload and another 300 MW as studied load in ERCOT’s initial review group. The company also said construction continues at its Sandersville campus, which has $6.6 billion in contracted revenue. That figure refers to the campus’s existing contracted business, not newly recognized revenue or a new award in this update.

In its latest reported mining month, CleanSpark produced 593 bitcoin and finished with 13,703 BTC, down from 13,931 after sales and derivative-related transactions. Of those holdings, 3,951 BTC were collateral or receivables connected with derivatives. Its average operating hashrate was 38.3 EH/s. The Texas classifications remain conditional and should not be treated as final authorization to energize all proposed capacity.
