Cambridge Cognition opens integrated UK Alzheimer’s testing pathway

Cambridge Cognition ($COG) partnered with C2N Diagnostics and The Alzheimer’s Trust to combine digital cognitive assessment with blood-based Alzheimer’s testing and access to imaging services. UK healthcare professionals can now order the CANTAB Pathway assessment and C2N’s PrecivityAD2 blood test through the trust, which provides phlebotomy and MRI infrastructure.

The pathway is intended for people with cognitive impairment who are being assessed for Alzheimer’s disease and other causes of decline. The blood test assesses biomarkers associated with amyloid pathology, while CANTAB adds structured cognitive information. The announcement establishes an ordering and delivery partnership, not proof that the combined service has independently achieved a specific diagnostic accuracy. No contract value, reimbursement commitment or quantified revenue contribution was disclosed.
