Craneware resets revenue expectations following cyber disruption

Craneware ($CRW) reset its fiscal 2027 revenue expectations to approximately $185 million following a cyber incident and uncertainty around customer engagement. The revised outlook follows fiscal 2026 revenue of $206 million, broadly unchanged from the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA increased 3% to $67.1 million, while pre-tax profit rose 7% to $25.8 million.

Annual recurring revenue stood at $185 million, and net revenue retention declined to 100% from 107%. Craneware said the incident had been contained and its systems secured, while remediation and notification work continued. Potential financial and legal consequences were not fully quantified. Management is reviewing costs to protect medium-term margins and maintained the total dividend at 32 pence per share.
