Cognizant agrees to acquire DyFlex to expand SAP services in Australasia

Cognizant ($CTSH) signed a definitive agreement to acquire DyFlex Solutions, an Australian SAP ($SAP) services specialist with more than 300 employees. DyFlex provides consulting, implementation and managed services across Australia and New Zealand, with delivery support in the Philippines. Its experience spans mining, energy, utilities, manufacturing and public-sector customers, giving Cognizant additional regional expertise and implementation capacity.

Cognizant intends to combine the business with its own AI platforms and global delivery network to help clients modernize SAP systems and deploy operational AI applications. Financial terms were not disclosed, limiting assessment of the purchase valuation and immediate earnings contribution. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. Both companies will continue to operate separately until closing; the agreement does not represent a completed acquisition.
