Deutz launches a capital increase of up to 10%
Deutz ($DEZ) resolved to issue up to 15,263,810 new shares through an accelerated bookbuild for institutional investors, excluding existing shareholders’ pre-emption rights. The proposed issue would increase the share count by up to 10%, to 167,901,915 shares. Management intends to use the proceeds to support growth and preserve financing flexibility.
The launch announcement did not establish the final placement price or total funds raised. Those figures depend on the bookbuilding process, so the maximum share count is not proof that the full issue has already been placed. The new shares are intended to participate in dividends for fiscal 2026. Existing investors face potential dilution, while the additional capital would strengthen funding available for the company’s strategic plans.
