DLH wins NIH cybersecurity task order with $19.1 million ceiling

DLH Holdings ($DLHC) has received a new cybersecurity operations task order supporting the National Institutes of Health’s Center for Information Technology. The award is valued at up to $19.1 million, including all options, over a base period and optional extensions totaling three years. Work includes security assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud-security architecture and privacy-compliance support.

The order adds work in an established federal-health technology market and supports the NIH’s transition toward stronger access controls and more automated security operations. Its headline value is a maximum, not guaranteed revenue: option periods must be exercised and actual activity remains subject to the contract’s funding and performance requirements. The announcement does not separately disclose the funded base-period amount, so the full ceiling should not be treated as an immediate addition to sales.
