Duos signs a 20 MW customer contract worth more than $400 million over ten years

Duos Technologies ($DUOT) signed a ten-year colocation agreement for 20 megawatts of facility load with an established publicly traded cloud provider that was not named. The initial term carries a stated total contract value exceeding $400 million, with deployment targeted for the second quarter of 2027. The agreement gives Duos a substantial customer commitment for its planned infrastructure rather than merely a non-binding expression of interest.

The company also outlined land-expansion plans representing approximately 100 MW: about 25 MW is under contract and another 75 MW remains under negotiation. The full expansion should therefore not be described as secured. Likewise, the customer agreement’s decade-long value is not immediate revenue or cash already collected. Construction, deployment and delivery of the contracted service remain necessary before the anticipated commercial contribution can be realized over the term.
