Mountain Alliance invests in autonomous-systems developer Evolved Aerospace

Mountain Alliance ($ECF) announced an investment in Evolved Aerospace, a UK developer of autonomous mission systems. The transaction expands the listed investment company’s exposure to European defense technology. The announcement did not disclose the amount invested, the ownership percentage acquired or a valuation for Evolved Aerospace.

Evolved Aerospace said deliveries of its first two SkyRanger M200 systems to a government customer in the Asia-Pacific region mark an initial commercial milestone. That statement should not be interpreted as a disclosed large-scale procurement contract or a revenue forecast for Mountain Alliance. The investment adds a private defense-technology holding to the portfolio, while the scale of the financial exposure and its prospective contribution remain undisclosed.
