EverCommerce increases cumulative buyback authorization to $325 million

EverCommerce ($EVCM) increased its share-repurchase authorization by $25 million and extended the program through the end of 2027. The amendment takes the cumulative authorization from $300 million to $325 million, giving the company additional flexibility to return capital through purchases of its common stock.

The company expects to fund repurchases from available cash, with timing and amounts depending on market conditions and other considerations. The $325 million figure is the total authorized program amount, not an announcement of $325 million in new purchases or cash already spent. The authorization does not oblige EverCommerce to buy a specified number of shares, and the program may be changed or suspended. The fresh action is the incremental increase and extension.
