Foresight VCT plans a new share subscription offer later in 2026
Foresight VCT announced on 7 September 2026 that it expects to open an offer for new ordinary shares later this year. What has been announced The board intends to provide a non-prospectus offer document. It expects the offer to use dispensations under the prospectus rules that took effect on 19 January 2026.
