Futura upsizes its retail offer to £200,000; the wider financing remains conditional
Futura Medical announced on 7 September 2026 that its retail offer closed oversubscribed on 4 September and was increased from £150,000 to £200,000 gross.
Shares and timetable
The retail component comprises 100 million shares at 0.2p. It forms part of an approximately £1.8m financing package, with conditional elements requiring shareholder approval.
Initial firm shares are expected to be admitted on 9 September, taking the share count at that stage to 639,460,530. The general meeting is scheduled for 23 September, with the later conditional admission expected on 25 September.
What shareholders should separate
The initial admission total does not represent the final enlarged capital after every conditional component. Using it as the denominator for the whole fundraising would understate dilution.
Oversubscription indicates demand at the offer price, but it does not remove the remaining approval conditions or determine the eventual return on the capital raised.
The main follow-ups are the shareholder vote, completion of the conditional financing, final share count and the company's use of the net proceeds.
