GetBusy raises ARR expectations as SmartVault growth accelerates
GetBusy released H1 results on 7 September 2026. Revenue and profitability Group annual recurring revenue reached £24m, up 12% at constant currency. Total H1 revenue was £12m, including £11.6m recurring revenue, both up 11% at constant currency. Adjusted EBITDA rose to £0.6m from £0.4m, while gross margin declined to 85.8% from 87.5%.
