Hasbro raises profit targets as Magic and digital gaming lift quarterly sales
Hasbro ($HAS) reported quarterly revenue of approximately $1.595 billion, up 15%. Wizards of the Coast and digital gaming revenue grew 31%, while Magic: The Gathering sales increased 34% and exceeded $600 million. Operating profit reached $517 million, or $541 million on an adjusted basis, and earnings were $2.77 per share, or $2.90 adjusted.
