Hill & Smith appoints Sue Clark and sets out senior independent director succession
Hill & Smith announced a board succession plan on 7 September 2026. Appointments and dates Sue Clark joins as an additional non-executive director on 2 October and will serve on the nomination, audit and remuneration committees. She becomes senior independent director on 1 January 2027, succeeding Tony Quinlan. Quinlan remains a non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee.
