HIVE adds ProCogia partnership to its Canadian AI-cloud platform

HIVE’s ($HIVE) BUZZ High Performance Computing subsidiary partnered with ProCogia to combine Canadian GPU infrastructure with AI software and engineering services. ProCogia will procure dedicated computing capacity and deploy model hosting, custom training, AI agents and specialist applications on BUZZ’s data centers. It will also become a preferred services partner for existing BUZZ customers.

The companies intend to sell the combined offering in Canada and expand jointly into the United States and Europe. Initial applications include healthcare voice software and tools for migrating code in regulated environments. The partnership broadens the services available above HIVE’s computing infrastructure, but no contract value or minimum capacity commitment was disclosed. Previously announced large AI agreements remain background and are not additional revenue from this partnership.
