Hub Group receives Nasdaq delisting determination over delayed filings
Hub Group ($HUBG) received a Nasdaq staff determination to delist its shares because it has not filed its annual report for 2025 or its first two quarterly reports for 2026. The company intends to appeal and seek additional time to regain compliance. The notice does not mean that trading has already stopped.
A timely hearing request provides an initial 15-day stay of suspension, and Hub plans to request a longer stay while the appeal is considered. That further relief is not guaranteed. The company must still complete the outstanding filings and satisfy Nasdaq’s requirements. The update is a new procedural escalation of the reporting delay, rather than an announcement of bankruptcy or evidence that the listing problem has been resolved.
