Trust Stamp signs a three-year identity technology contract for Nigerian programs

Trust Stamp ($IDAI) signed a three-year technology services and data sovereignty agreement with Nigerian provider BLIP. The company described the engagement as worth multiple millions of dollars, without disclosing an exact amount. Its identity software will support government registration and certification programs through BLIP, which is the contractual partner. The rollout is expected to exceed one million enrollments in its first year.

The planned deployment uses transformed biometric identity tokens and a customer-hosted environment that keeps project data under Nigerian control. For Trust Stamp, the agreement expands its government-related business and could support recurring technology revenue over several years. Expected enrollments are deployment forecasts, not completed registrations. The release does not specify guaranteed minimum revenue, payment timing or the individual government programs, and implementation still depends on integration and operational readiness.
