INNIO discloses 620-megawatt follow-on data-center order
INNIO ($INIO) disclosed a 620-megawatt follow-on order from a U.S. data-center customer, lifting that customer's cumulative orders to 1.72 gigawatts. The additional order covers containerized Jenbacher J624 systems and follows a previously announced 1.1-gigawatt purchase. INNIO said the new order was booked in September and is now being publicly announced.
The customer also signed a long-term full-maintenance arrangement for the first 500 megawatts, covering parts and labor through a major overhaul. The agreements increase INNIO's data-center equipment backlog and prospective service activity. However, the customer was not named, and the release did not disclose contract value or delivery dates. Ordered capacity should therefore be distinguished from equipment already delivered, recognized revenue or operating power generation.
