Integer’s quarterly earnings fall as medical-device sales soften

Integer ($ITGR) reported third-quarter 2026 sales of approximately $450 million, down 3.9%, with organic revenue declining 2.2%. Income from continuing operations fell 62% to $15 million, or $0.43 per share. Adjusted EPS decreased 25% to $1.34, and adjusted EBITDA declined 17% to $88 million, indicating pressure beyond the items excluded from its adjusted figures.

Cardio and vascular sales fell 5% to $263 million, while cardiac-rhythm and neuromodulation revenue increased 4% to $176 million. Other revenue roughly halved, mainly reflecting the exit from portable medical products. Debt totaled approximately $1.22 billion, with a 3.3-times leverage ratio. Integer provided no financial outlook while its previously agreed acquisition by KKR ($KKR) remains pending. Management expects completion by year-end 2026, subject to remaining closing conditions; the earnings release does not announce a new takeover agreement.
