Janus Living expands its revolving credit facility to $1.25 billion
Janus Living ($JAN) closed an expanded $1.25 billion unsecured revolving credit facility, increasing its net committed borrowing capacity by $650 million after terminating a separate $100 million delayed-draw term loan. The revolver matures in March 2030 and includes two optional six-month extensions, subject to the agreement’s conditions.
Borrowings initially carry a spread of 1.05 percentage points over SOFR, with a 0.15% facility fee. Janus said the revolver was undrawn and it had no outstanding debt at closing. The larger commitment therefore provides available liquidity rather than representing $1.25 billion of cash newly borrowed. It strengthens financing flexibility for the senior-housing business without, on its own, confirming a new acquisition or an increase in current leverage.
