Keystone Law raises expectations after revenue and profit accelerate

Keystone Law ($KEYS-LSE) expects full-year revenue comfortably above market forecasts and adjusted pre-tax profit materially above expectations after a strong first half. Revenue increased 22.5% to £66.3 million, while adjusted pre-tax profit rose 31.3% to £9.6 million. The adjusted profit margin reached 14.5%, reflecting earnings growth outpacing sales.

The firm declared an ordinary interim dividend of 9.6 pence plus a special dividend of 15 pence per share. Revenue per principal increased 14.5% to £133,800, alongside growth in the number of lawyers using its platform. These figures relate to Keystone Law’s fiscal 2027 first half, not a full-year result. The stronger outlook remains management guidance rather than an already achieved annual outcome.
