Kymera reports early human results for oral IRF5 drug
Kymera ($KYMR) reported results from its first human study of KT-579, an experimental oral medicine targeting the immune regulator IRF5. In healthy volunteers receiving repeated doses, median blood IRF5 reductions reached at least 90% across several dose levels, with similar target reductions in skin.
