Centrus signs multi-year advanced-reactor fuel agreement with Antares

Centrus ($LEU) Energy signed a definitive, multi-year agreement to supply high-assay low-enriched uranium, or HALEU, to Antares. Deliveries are expected before the end of the decade. The contract includes prepayments intended to support expansion of Centrus’ enrichment capabilities, connecting customer funding with the buildout of a fuel supply chain for advanced reactors.

Antares is developing compact nuclear systems for applications including defense and space. The announcement establishes a commercial fuel relationship, but does not disclose a contract value, total delivery volume or immediate earnings contribution. It also does not mean Antares’ reactors are already commercially operating. The planned delivery schedule and capacity expansion remain important execution steps between signing the agreement and translating it into recurring fuel shipments.
