LogProstyle closes I-FLATZ acquisition to expand beyond Tokyo
LogProstyle ($LGPS) completed its purchase of all outstanding shares in I-FLATZ, bringing the Kansai-focused property company and its LAND-I subsidiary into the group’s consolidated operations. All closing conditions were satisfied, and the buyer acquired all 3,800 issued shares. This is the closing of a previously announced agreement, rather than another announcement of negotiations.
I-FLATZ operates in new-condominium sales agency services, renovation and resale of existing homes, and property leasing. The acquisition extends LogProstyle’s established Tokyo-area model into another major Japanese region and broadens its potential revenue sources. Existing I-FLATZ management will remain in place to support continuity. The closing release did not disclose a purchase price or quantify earnings contributions, and the anticipated growth and integration benefits remain expectations rather than achieved results.
